ONLINE MINDFUL CREATIVITY COURSES
I guide you to use drawing, painting, writing and collage to express yourself. I focus on cultivating your curiosity, intuition and experimentation so that you can develop your creative confidence.

Each six to eight-week course is organised around a theme, and each session comprises a creative exercise, alongside a themed lesson and meditation. Some past courses include: Inspired by Trees; Inspired by Colour, Inspired by our Bodies; Creating the Eight Pillars of Joy.
